Sex Working and the Bible, New Orleans, and Goddess Worship?

Hey all,

This weekend was amazing! New Orleans was beautiful and alive and Deanna and I got to hang out with a bunch of stiff Bible Scholars.

Bible Scholars you ask? Yes, that's what I said.

A good friend of mine Averen Ipsen, who is a Liberation Biblical Theologian (say that three times fast), has just sold out of her so called Controversial book: Sex Working and the Bible.

Recap of our Gathering- A circle of Witches

Hi all!

I want to thank each and every one of you who showed up to either meet me, or participate in the Circle of Witches. What a magickal and moving weekend we all had!

Saturday started off with meeting the wonderful Angela, who is very much a source of pure energy and power. We had dinner and discussed some beautiful things about our lives and how to progress. Thank you Angela for being such a true and kind spirit!

A Circle of Witches Begins This weekend, get ready for our Sacred Kick off!

The theme is POWER, WEALTH AND ABUNDANCE

The evening will begin as a meet and greet, and followed by some juicy Discussion about ourselves, and the calling to spirit we all have found within. We will also discuss where the circle is going, and what we want to see happen with it.

Meeting- My vote

My vote is for Saturday or Sunday early evening. I read in Wicca for One, by Raymond Buckland that evenings are best for rituals. It is when the energy is best. He stated as an example, "ever notice that often while driving during the evening that you can get radio stations at night that you can not normally get other times?" The energy is different at night than other times during the day.

A change of plans...

Hey everyone!My laptop with all of your emails and information is fried... I am scrambling to find all of your emails! and I hope that people see this before it's too late.A circle of witches has to be cancelled this weekend, simply because I have had no rest since coming back from New Orleans.
